Job: Implementation Consultant (Real Estate ERP) – SYDNEY

About The Role

You will install, build, configure, integrate, and test cloud-based enterprise web applications, proofs-of-concept, and custom solutions developed by Anacle. Working with a remote team of product engineers, sales execs and implementation consultants you will craft customer-focused configurations, mapping use cases, business objectives and workflows back to the software solution.

Providing product expertise and technical support for sales and implementation efforts across Australia & New Zealand

You will have technical proficiency in the following areas –

• Installing and hosting cloud-based software on azure / aws
• Configure and customise ERP software
• System Administration
• SQL database queries, stored procedures, user-defined functions, etc.
• Scripting, automation, or programming in any environment or language
• Report writing tools like SSRS/PowerBi/Spreadsheet server
• Dashboard, Business Intelligence, Digital Twins (UNITY)
• Integrations and ETL tools such as SSIS
• Knowledge of C# and the .Net framework

Responsibilities
• Technical product resource for the sales and delivery teams
• Build and customise customer-focused solutions
• Learn the Anacle Systems solution set and modules
• Respond effectively to sales RFPs & Tenders
• Write short and concise technical documentation and report specs
• Demonstrate and articulate technical capabilities
• Be proactive, determined, and supportive in problem-solving within the team
• Raise and follow up on cases for development/change requests

Requirements
• 1+ years of experience working with an enterprise software application
• Knowledge of accounting software, ERP, and relational database.
• Through knowledge of systems, application design and integration methods.
• Demonstrated ability to work through complex technical problems.
• High standards of professionalism
• BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable
• Microsoft certifications are desirable
