Anacle Systems has entered into a strategic business partnership with Taisei Co (Headquarters: Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya, Japan)
To commemorate this business partnership, a press conference was held at TIAD (Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture) on Tuesday, March 19th. At this presentation, Taisei Co., Ltd. President and CEO Norihiro Kato and his Anacle CEO Alex Lau participated and talked about the future prospects of collaboration between the two companies. Norihiro Kato commented on this business partnership, saying, `We would like to fuse Anacle’s digital technology and Taisei’s technology to create a new style of facility management.’
Background of business partnership
The building maintenance market (cleaning, security, equipment) is chronically understaffed, and approximately 80% of building maintenance companies are suffering from a lack of manpower. In fact, the effective job opening ratio for the cleaning and security industries is increasing every year. However, given the trends in the office building market, the supply of large buildings is increasing, and the management of large facilities is becoming an important part of the supply. By utilizing Anacle’s system solutions, we aim to save labor and improve operational efficiency, and expand the market targeting large buildings in Japan.

Until now, our company has been involved in all types of facility management. Singapore’s cutting-edge technology is more advanced than Japan. Anacle has a wealth of knowledge regarding systems, having a proven track record of system implementation mainly in Southeast Asia.
